If any item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify Actionhobbies within 48 hours of receipt via email. Once we have accepted the item for return, postage is at your own expense. All items are checked before dispatch, to avoid damaged or faulty items being sent.
We can not refund any item(s) that are returned to us in used condition, broken without original box, manuals and or accessories.
we supply a 14 day money back guarantee on unused, sealed and goods in a new resalable condition with all manuals and accessories. The guarantee does not cover for used, accidental and deliberate damage, tampering with the item or improper use. The item needs to be complete when returning including all accessories, original box and manuals.
IN THE EVENT AN ITEM(S) IS RETURNED TO US, THE ITEM(S) MUST BE SECURELY WRAPPED; TAPE AROUND THE ITEM IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND WILL INCUR A £20 CHARGE DUE TO SECURITY RISKS.
PLEASE BUBBLE WRAP OR BOX THE ITEM(S) UP IN ADDITIONAL PACKAGING, IF AN ITEM(S) RETURNED TO US ARE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT NOT PACKED CORRECTLY NO REFUND WILL BE MADE.

Please Note: BATTERIES & CHARGERS SUPPLIED IN THE BOX WITH ITEMS AND ANY ACCESSORIES CLASSED AS FREE ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED from our normal warranty.
The guarantee does not cover for used, accidental and deliberate damage, tampering with the item or improper use.
Your warranty is none transferable, any warranty claim must be made by the original purchaser
In the event a warranty claim is made we will collect, repair and return the item free of charge within the first 30 days. Outside 30 days we only cover parts and labour not the cost of postage to return the item. In the event of a warranty claim, please first notify us by email and enclose the original invoice with the returned item. No warranty or refund can be processed without the original invoice.
In the event of an item is sent to us within 30 days and the item is not faulty for example; battery not charged, incorrect ammo used then a charge with be made for the return postage and the collection postage if applicable, this charge can vary depending on the invoice address
We will not refund items that are not complete, without original packaging, or in re-salable condition.
We can not refund an item that is faulty that we have offered to repair if the item then becomes unwanted unless the item is in as new re-sale-able condition including all packaging. If the above is requested and the item is not in as new condition we will charge a re-stocking fee up to the difference of re-stocking the item at its sale-able second hand value, but only if the item is complete in original packaging with all accessories.

We do not warranty any item sold on a no warranty basis, wholesale or clearance line apart from a dead on arrival warranty and we have to be notified of any problem within 48hrs of receiving delivery Clearance and lines sold on a no warranty basis will be clearly marked on the website and on the invoice. Postage charges are not refundable
