AIRSOFT RETURNS POLICY
You have a 14 day right to cancel and refund on unused, sealed and re-saleable items with all manuals and accessories from the date you received your goods (excludes two tone painted guns).
Deliberately ordering a RIF without an exception may incur a refund fee of around 5% to cover our lost costs on processing and refunding your order.
The postage costs for returned/unwanted items is at your own expense and the item(s) must be returned within 14 days. In the case an exchange is required against the returned item(s), a new postage charge will need to paid before the exchanged item(s) are sent out.
Once you have opened, inspected and used your item(s) you have then accepted the item is fit for purpose as advertised under the distance selling regulations, our normal warranties then apply.
Any item(s) to be returned must be securely wrapped in bubble wrap, cardboard box or packaging paper and securely taped, tape used on original boxes i.e. around the the item(s) display packaging is NOT acceptable as item(s) can get damaged or lost and becomes unsaleable.
If any item(s) returned to us are not correctly packaged, missing parts/instruction manuals or been used/fitted we have the right to refuse any refund or issue a partial refund at our discretion and charge the cost of the courier collection as well as the cost of return.
Products We’re Unable to Cancel, Refund or Exchange
Unless not as described, we cannot cancel, refund or offer an exchange on: Special orders, personalised or made-to-measure products (includes 2 Tone painted guns), perishable goods and consumables, our normal warranty applies on these items.
We’re unable to accept cancellations for these products once ordered.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Until we accept receipt of any goods returned it is your responsibility i.e. “duty of care” for any goods purchased.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU DELIBERATELY STRIP PAINT OFF ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS YOU WILL VOID ANY WARRANTY AND NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
In the event that a gun is returned to us under warranty and it becomes evident that it has been tampered with i.e taken apart or modified, the customer will be liable to pay a charge of £30 to cover the costs of postage and inspection of the item. Any damage that has incurred as a result of tampering will be repaired at an extra charge if repair is possible, but discussed with the individual customer at the time.
Any other (non gun) products that are returned for a refund after having been clearly used, altered or otherwise tampered with will not be issued with a refund but will be returned back to the customer, the customer will be liable for the postage costs. If there is a manufacturing fault with the item this will be waived.
