Manufactured by JG just for the Russia enthusiasts, the SVU is an airsoft version of the sniper rifle developed at the turn of the 1980s and 1990s, which was then used and remaining to this day equipped by Russian FSB and MWD units
This airsoft replica gains a huge advantage of many bull-pup constructions – it allows to keep a long barrel at the length of the entire rifle comparable to a classic assault weapon.
Thanks to this, the SWU sniper shooter has much better mobility and maneuverability, manufactured almost entirely of metal (plastic furniture) this replica has an integrated, foldable bipod and a silencer (with a damping filling) mounted on a 14mm left-hand thread. Inside you will find a very long, close to 650mm inner barrel that will provide us with high efficiency – it’s worth adding that the overall length of the replica is practically the same as the standard AK74! The heart of the replica is a dedicated gearbox , in which we will find, among others, a set of reinforced steel gears, a piston with 2 steel teeth and a bearing spring guide.
SWU has the ability to conduct single or continuous fire – at the back of the body there is a wing selector, such as in SWD replicas. Next to the trigger tongue – under the index finger – there is a simple, adjustable fuse. The battery (stick type – included in the set) is located inside the front grip . To disassemble the grip or the lid of the castle chamber, all you need to do is move the lever.
